I understand that by checking the box and submitting my story on the Real Success Stories webpage, I give GED Testing Service LLC a perpetual, worldwide right and permission to use my photograph, name and my personal comments in marketing materials. I understand and agree GED Testing Service may use my photograph, name and personal comments in editorial publications, marketing campaigns, and GED Testing Service may share my photograph, name, and personal comments with state GED® testing programs and/or my employer to enable the state and my employer to promote their GED® programs, on the Internet, or any other means of communication. I authorize the use of these items in any medium to promote the GED® testing program. In authorizing the use of these pictures, I hereby release all parties involved from any and all liability, which may arise. GED Testing Service prohibits offensive or inappropriate content. GED Testing Service reserves the right to not publish any submitted Success Story that GED Testing Service, in its sole discretion, determines is offensive or includes inappropriate content. GED Testing Service will not release private information such as my phone number or address (other than city and state). This consent and release extends to any assignees, licensees and sublicensees of GED Testing Service LLC.
