Timothy

GED has meant so much so it was only fitting I continue to work in education.

When Timothy was 42 years-old he tried to enroll in commercial driver’s license training so he could get his certification to become a bus driver but was denied because he didn’t have his GED. He told his wife that he had already passed the GED but had to confess that he lied. That’s when he knew he was finally going to get it.

After signing up, Timothy found that he loved the GED website.

“It’s so easy to schedule your appointments and the testing facilities are so quiet and relaxing.”

However, Timothy refused to sign up for classes at an adult education center because of his ADHD. His secret was watching helpful YouTube videos. After studying for a little over a week, he passed all four tests on his first try.

Now that Timothy earned his certification, he was hired as a bus driver, his dream job.

“When they asked for my diploma it felt so good bringing it in. GED has meant so much so it was only fitting I continue to work in education. Thank you GED!”
