By signing below and submitting this Publicity Release Form Agreement (“Agreement”), I signify that I have read, understand, and agree to give GED Testing Service LLC (“Sponsor”) and its designees the right to use my name, city and state of residence, photograph or likeness, social media handle and avatar, and any materials provided by me in connection with the 2020 Grad of the Month Contest (“Materials”), for advertising and promotional purposes online and off‐line in any and all media and any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, editorial publications, marketing campaigns, websites, illustrations, and other means of communication, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
I represent and warrant to Sponsor that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, and I have full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights hereunder. I further represent and warrant to Sponsor that I will provide only true and correct statements and other information in connection with this Agreement, and the Sponsor’s use of the Materials and the rights and license granted hereunder do not, and will not, violate any right (including without limitation copyright, trademark, trade secret, right to privacy, or right of publicity) of, or conflict with or violate any contract with or commitment made to, any person or entity, and that no consent or authorization from, or any payment to, any third party is required in connection herewith.
I hereby grant GED Testing Service LLC all rights to use the Materials forever, throughout the world, in all media, in all languages, in advertising and publicity in connection with other Sponsor products, as the Sponsor sees fit. I agree that there are no fees, royalties, or revenues payable to me or any third‐party in connection with the above grant of rights and that this agreement does not obligate the Sponsor to use any of the Materials.
