GED Ready^® FREE Retake Offer (the “Offer”) Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the GED Ready^® Free Retake Offer (the “Offer”). “You” or “your” refers the individual who is registered on the GED.com and receives this Offer. The Offer is personal to you and non-transferrable and not assignable to any other individual. You must meet all your jurisdiction’s eligibility requirements, take the GED Ready^® practice test, achieve a score of 145-200 on the GED Ready^® practice test,and then must schedule and pay for the real GED^® test subject within 24 hours of receiving the Offer or the Offer expires. If you take advantage of the Offer and do not pass the same real GED^® test subject, GED Testing Service LLC will cover all retake fees for the same GED^® test subject for up to 60 days from the date you scheduled the initial attempt on the same real GED^® test subject If you do not use the Offer within 24 hours of receiving it, the Offer expires and is no longer redeemable. Offer is void outside the United States or where prohibited. Appointment times may be limited, and GED Testing Service LLC is not responsible if there are no appointments available before the Offer expires. Additional terms and conditions may apply. GED Testing Service LLC reserves the right, without notice, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify this Offer, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Offer. disqualify any individual if we find any tampering with the registration or testing system.
