WHEN YOU PURCHASE GED COMPLETE OR GED COMPLETE EXPRESS FROM GED TESTING SERVICE LLC (“GEDTS”) THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (“Terms”):
By purchasing the GED Complete or GED Complete Express program, you agree to follow your GED Tutor’s step-by-step directions, including completing any study time or tools assigned by your GED Tutor. The GED Complete and GED Complete Express fees are non-refundable after you access the product, you take the first assigned step of the GED Complete program, or 7 days from the date of purchase. Any purchases made outside of the program are non-refundable.
After you purchase GED Complete or GED Complete Express, you will be sent an email from SK Education Solutions with enrollment instructions. GEDTS is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the GED Complete instructions, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses or unattended email addresses.
GEDTS does not guarantee you will pass the GED® test or any particular content area of the GED® test.
GED Complete and GED Complete Express requires an internet connection. GEDTS is not responsible for issues related to your computer incompatibility with GED Complete or GED Complete Express. GEDTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change GED Complete or GED Complete Express, or any part of it, to improve its performance or enhance the experience of the participants.
GEDTS reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the GED Complete or GED Complete Express, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor(s) beyond GEDTS’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the GED Complete or GED Complete Express program. Further, GEDTS reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the GED Complete or GED Complete Express system, or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms or the test-taker rules agreement which governs the test day. GEDTS reserves the right to immediately terminate your GED Complete or GED Complete Express service immediately for disrespectful conduct, in any form and in any media, directed toward a GED Tutor or any other GEDTS personnel.
You are also required to agree to and comply with the requirements and obligations of the online software preparation materials end user license agreement and with all testing rules specified in the test-taker rules agreement governing the test day.
GED Complete or GED Complete Express is provided “as is” and there are no express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. In no event shall GEDTS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of GED Complete or GED Complete Express, even if the purchaser was advised of the possibility of such damage.
