I understand that by checking the box and submitting my responses and a digital photograph on the GED Flash Survey web-page, I give GED Testing Service LLC (“GED Testing Service”) a perpetual, worldwide right and permission to use my digital photograph, name and survey responses (“My Materials”) in marketing materials, marketing campaigns, editorial publications, social media and any other media without payment or consideration to me. I understand and agree that GED Testing Service may share My Materials with State GED® programs and/or my employer (if I am participating in the GEDWorks® program) to enable the State and/or my employer, if applicable, to promote their GED® programs, on the Internet, social media and any other media worldwide in perpetuity. In authorizing the use of My Materials, I hereby release all parties involved from any and all liability which may arise through their use. GED Testing Service reserves the right to not publish any submitted GED Flash Testimonial that GED Testing Service, in its sole discretion, determines is offensive or includes inappropriate content. I acknowledge that GED Testing Service reserves the right not to use My Materials at its sole discretion. GED Testing Service agrees that it will not release my personally identifiable information such as my phone number or address (other than city and state). This consent and release extends to any assignees, licensees and sub-licensees of GED Testing Service LLC.
