Karlene, a South African home-schooled student, decided to get her GED because she wants to find her future dream career. She was also saying to herself that she could be successful in whatever she chooses.

She worked hard to pass the GED and used GED Live and GED Ready to help her prepare. Even though she was busy with her family business, the program enabled her to plan accordingly in order to earn this credential.
Now that Karlene has earned her credential, she plans to pursue her dream job as a ballet teacher in South Africa.
