Become a Test Center

Everything you need to get your test center up and running can be found right here.

Getting Started

First things first - fill out an application. When you apply, you will need to include pictures and specific details of your space in order to be approved.

The Pearson VUE team will contact you with next steps once your application has been submitted. You will then work through the process of setting up your computers, downloading the appropriate software, and training your staff.

Please contact PVAmericasChannelSales@pearson.com if you have questions throughout the application process.

Technology Requirements

Test centers need two computers (one for the student; one for the test administrator) and the security equipment package which includes cameras and an electronic signature pad. Below are some downloadable items that will help you get set up.

Alternative Testing Options

We understand that some students may need flexibility for testing. That’s why, we are focused on increasing access to the GED® test by offering alternative options for those in rural areas, small testing centers, or in a correctional facility.
